Case Studies: Documented Work You Can Check

Two projects for businesses that run on bookings: a Florida massage and wellness spa, and a photobooth rental company. Each case study sets out the starting point, the problem, the work, and the decisions behind it, then shows the results so far. Both sites are live for you to test, and we publish only measured figures, never estimates.

Gen Spa and iBlast Photobooth: two very different starting points

Start with the one closest to where you are now. If your website looks dated or inconsistent, read Gen Spa. If your bookings start in Facebook or Instagram messages and you have no website of your own, read iBlast Photobooth.

Starting from a similar place? Tell us about your website, or the lack of one, and we’ll suggest where to begin.

How we document our work

Four rules every case study follows

A case study is only useful if you can check it. These rules apply to every project page on this site, and they’re the standard we’d hold your project to.

See the before-and-after PageSpeed screenshots

Real before-and-after screenshots

Before-and-after images are captures of the actual pages, not mockups or stock photos. Where no “before” capture exists, the page is shown as after-only and labeled that way.

Dated, repeatable measurements

When we publish a score, we name the tool, the device setting, and the page tested, show the report itself, and date the latest test, so anyone can run it again and compare.

Live sites you can test yourself

Each case study links to the working website, so you can hold our description up against the real thing. Screenshots show each page when it was captured; the live site shows it today, including any changes since.

No invented numbers

Every figure names its source. We don’t publish estimated traffic gains or percentages we can’t back up, and a project that’s still being measured says so rather than showing a projection.

Verify it

Check our work yourself in three steps

You don’t need technical knowledge or a paid tool. Everything here is free and public, and it’s the same check we’d suggest before trusting any agency’s claims.

  1. Open the live site

Visit genspa.com or iblastphotobooth.com on your phone. Use the menu, look through the services or packages, and see how quickly you reach the booking or inquiry step.

  2. Run the same test

Enter genspa.com at Google PageSpeed Insights, choose Mobile, and look at the lab results, which simulate a mid-range phone on a slowed connection. Any real-visitor data shown above them is a separate measurement.

  3. Compare with the dated record

Put your result beside the after-test screenshot, dated July 29, 2026, in the Gen Spa case study. Expect some difference: scores shift between runs, and live sites keep changing.
